Breakthrough Fellowship Program Associate

The Breakthrough Fellowship Program Associate role is part of a pioneering initiative aimed at advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within Pfizer, specifically targeting the recruitment and development of Black/African American, Latino/Hispanic, and Native American students. This program is designed to cultivate a pipeline of diverse talent, with a goal of developing 100 fellows by 2025. The Associate will support the next phase of the Breakthrough Fellowship Program, which is the second step of the program, and will be employed full-time within the Pfizer business unit that hosted their internship. This role is integral to Pfizer's commitment to creating a workplace that is inclusive and representative of the communities it serves. In this full-time position, the Associate may have the opportunity to rotate through different teams within their business unit, gaining valuable experiences and insights that will enhance their understanding of Pfizer's operations. The role is designed to help the Associate develop enterprise knowledge and deliver on priorities that align with their team's objectives. Additionally, this position is structured to support the Associate's application and successful admission into a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Public Health (MPH), or Master of Statistics (MS) program by the fall of 2027, consistent with the goals of the Breakthrough Fellowship Program.
