KRA1 Safety Ensure 100% safety compliances as per UTCL standard
KRA2 HR functioning(Recruitment, T&D, PMS and other HRD related) 100% training of employees and other HR related functioning.
- Recruitment, joining and WFA related compliances as per UTCL norms
KRA3 Industrial Relation & Liason -To effectively manage and monitor the IR situation and resolve conflicts and opposition involving largely the local population. Manage the Contract Labor engagement and statutory compliances.
- Liasioning with stakeholders/Govt authorities and other Local authorities for smooth operation of industry.
- Coordination with Court and Advocate for faster closure of legal cases.
KRA4 Statutory Compliances, Contract Labour Mgmt Statutory compliances with Zero deviation and 100% compliances.
- To ensure that all the statutory registrations/license/consent/permissions and statutory compliances made in timing for smooth opeartion of industry.
- Managing contract Labour.
- Ensure Payment to contract labour as per act
- Ensure properly and timely compliances of contractors like: EPF,WC Policy, and all Returns.
- Proper gate Pass system of contract workmen
KRA5 CSR activities To conceptualize, plan, schedule & monitor CSR activities in the surrounding villages with a view of nurturing, developing trust among the surrounding villagers towards the company. To maintain cordial relation with surrounding villagers, local public by performing CSR activities
KRA6 System & Procedure Implementation of HR,ER 1) Implementation of systems related to HR:
Recruitment, Induction & Training procedures, Functioning of Sub Committees, Joining & On Boarding Process etc.
- Implementation of System related to ER/IR Functioning as per Govt Norms and as per rules & Procedures of UTCL:
- Ensure Salary Payment of Staff & Workers, Gate Pass Procedure, Workers Training & Induction procedures, Billing procedure, Punching system of Staff and Workmen, Statutory Records and Timely submission of Returns of Contractors, Implementation of 100% Digital Payment/Wages through Banking system of Workmen, IR relation with stakeholders etc.
- Implementation of system related to OHC centre, Medical setup, Ambulance services and procedure for other basic ameneties as required.
