<u>Job Summary<br></u><br>
</div><div>Responsible for managing everything within the four walls for all Planet Fitness locations in a defined Planet Fitness district. District Managers will have between 4-8 locations per district, including 4-8 Club Manager direct reports. <br><br>
</div><div>
<u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities <br></u><br>
</div><div>· Maintain outstanding and consistent customer experience throughout all Planet Fitness locations within the district.</div><div>· Operational consistency amongst all clubs within the region, including but not limited to:</div><div>o Outstanding member experience </div><div>o Planet Fitness and Baseline Fitness brand standards</div><div>o Club cleanliness</div><div>o Policy implementation</div><div>o Weekly payroll approval</div><div>o Front desk management</div><div>o Facility maintenance and repair</div><div>o Vendor and inventory </div><div>· Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, reviewing and potential disciplinary actions of Club Managers within district.</div><div>· Develop and train staff to build a bench for the Club Manager positions.</div><div>· Perform monthly club facility BER inspections and complete Club Manager monthly bonus sheets.</div><div>· Effectively manage communication with all operations personnel within the district, including consistent communication with Club Managers</div><div>· District PE at PF coordination and management (assist in hiring, training, and weekly planning). Track classes on a weekly basis and maintain monthly PE at PF Trainer Calls.</div><div>· Responsible for ensuring 100% operations of all locations in a district which may require filling in as Club Manager in a situation where a club has no manager. </div><div>· Handle all incoming email complaints and mystery shops from district location. <br><br>

<u>District Manager Schedule<br></u><br>
</div><div>· District manager schedules are approved by the Regional Manager monthly.</div><div>· The expectation is that 70% of the District Managers time is spent in the clubs.</div><div>· When not traveling or doing office work, District Managers should be working the standard Club Manager schedule in the clubs.<br><br>

<u>Minimum Qualifications<br></u><br>
</div><div>· Honesty and good work ethic</div><div>· High school diploma</div><div>· Willingness to travel</div><div>· At least 2-3 years of multi-unit experience overseeing a minimum of four locations at once.</div><div>· Strong customer service skills</div><div>· Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills</div><div>· Basic computer proficiency<br><br>
