About the Role
· Processing invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper approvals, and adhering to company policies.
· Reconciling vendor accounts and statements while resolving discrepancies promptly.
· Managing accounts payable tasks, including generating reports to monitor metrics and performance.
· Supporting month-end closing activities by preparing accruals and reconciling accounts.
· Communicating with vendors to address inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
· Providing documentation for annual audits and assisting in special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For
