🔧 About the Role
Pete’s RV Center is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor who can control the drive, maximize repair orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is not an order-taking role—this is a sales-driven position where you are responsible for:
- Driving revenue through service recommendations
- Managing customer relationships
- Owning the repair process from start to finish

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and control daily workflow
- Write accurate and complete Repair Orders (ROs)
- Present and sell recommended services and repairs
- Provide clear, confident explanations of work, pricing, and timelines
- Upsell additional services based on inspections and service history
- Monitor repair progress and proactively communicate with customers
- Secure approvals and close sales opportunities effectively
- Ensure all work is properly documented and completed
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain top-tier CSI scores
- Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills
