Pete’s RV Center is hiring a full-time, in-office Customer Care Representative for our Business Development Center (BDC) in Florence, KY. In this role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact—answering inbound calls, assisting customers with questions, and scheduling appointments for the right team. If you’re professional on the phone, organized, and motivated by goals and incentives, we’d like to meet you.
What you’ll do
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions with professionalism and care
· Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments
· Enter and update customer information accurately in internal systems
· Coordinate with internal teams to route requests and ensure timely follow-up
· Support a welcoming, high-energy customer experience
