About us Zuno Pets makes vet-formulated supplements for dogs and cats, built on real clinical guidance ā not generic advice. We're looking for someone from a veterinary or animal nutrition background to be the voice our customers trust after they've bought.
What you'll do
- Make weekly follow-up calls to customers who've purchased Zuno products, check in on their pet's progress, symptoms, and how the supplement/diet is going
- Give basic, safe dietary and supplement usage guidance within Zuno's protocols (escalate anything clinical to our consulting vets)
- Track adherence and flag customers likely to repeat-purchase vs. those at risk of dropping off
- Log call notes and outcomes so we can build a simple repeat-purchase/retention view
- Work closely with our consulting vets (Dr. Pranjal, Dr. Hemant) on edge cases
You're a good fit if you
- Are a current student or recent graduate in Veterinary Science (BVSc) or Animal/Pet Nutrition
- Are comfortable on the phone ā calm, clear, empathetic with pet parents
- Are detail-oriented enough to log calls consistently (this directly feeds our retention numbers)
- Can commit to structured weekly call slots, 3 days/week in-office initially
