Advisor - Pet Insurance

We are looking for an Advisor to support the growth of our Pet Insurance, Cyber Insurance ++ portfolio to start with. The role involves handling new sales enquiries, advising customers on suitable coverage, and providing ongoing service support to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound pet insurance enquiries (calls, email, CRM leads)
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coverage
- Provide quotations and explain coverage, exclusions, and benefits
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into policies
- Cross-sell and upsell additional coverage where appropriate
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
