Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pet Groomer based in Gurgaon. The Pet Groomer will be responsible for providing grooming services that include bathing, trimming, and styling pets while ensuring their comfort and safety. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe grooming environment, consulting with pet owners to understand their pets' needs, and offering tips on ongoing care. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for building trust and relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Animal Care, Pet Care, and Animal Welfare
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners
- Customer Service experience to deliver a positive client experience
- Knowledge of grooming techniques and safety procedures is a plus
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role and handle pets of all sizes
- Passion for animals and a commitment to their wellbeing
- Previous experience in pet grooming or a relevant certification is an advantage
