Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Pet Groomer. The Pet Groomer will be responsible for ensuring the welfare and cleanliness of animals, providing grooming services such as bathing and hair-cutting, and ensuring overall pet care and hygiene. Responsibilities include interacting with pet owners to understand their specific needs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for animals. Customer interaction and maintaining high service standards are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Animal Care and Pet Care to ensure the safety, hygiene, and health of animals
- Strong understanding of Animal Welfare practices to ensure ethical handling and grooming
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with pet owners and address their needs
- Attention to detail and knowledge of grooming tools and techniques
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment and provide exceptional pet grooming services
