</div><div><strong>The Role</strong></div><div>We're looking for a warm, polished retail associate who understands that great customer service is an art. You'll be the face of Pet Foodie LA — welcoming clients, guiding them to the right products for their pets, and making every visit feel personal and memorable.<br><br>

<strong>What You'll Do<br></strong><br>

<li>Greet and assist clients in a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional manner</li>
<li>Help customers find the right food, supplements, and products for their pet's specific needs</li>
<li>Maintain a beautifully organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing sales floor</li>
<li>Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale</li>
<li>Build genuine relationships with regular clients and their pets</li>
<li>Support the team with receiving inventory and keeping the space immaculate</li>

<strong>What We're Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred</li>
<li>A natural people person — warm, attentive, and professional</li>
<li>Genuine love for animals (dogs and cats especially)</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a high standard for presentation and cleanliness</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and a true team player</li>
<li>Interest in pet nutrition and wellness is a big plus</li>
