<strong>The Role<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We're looking for a skilled, experienced dog groomer who takes pride in their craft. You'll work with a loyal and growing clientele, handling everything from breed-standard cuts to creative styling — all in a boutique environment where quality always comes before volume.<br><br>

<strong>What You'll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Groom dogs of all breeds, sizes, and coat types to breed standard or owner preference</li>
<li>Perform bathing, drying, clipping, scissoring, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and finishing</li>
<li>Assess each dog's coat condition and temperament and adjust your approach accordingly</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about their dog's groom and any concerns</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times</li>
<li>Handle dogs safely and with patience and care throughout the grooming process</li>

<strong>What We're Looking For<br></strong><br>

<li>Proven hands-on grooming experience — certification not required, but your work should speak for itself</li>
<li>Confident working with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments</li>
<li>Strong scissoring and finishing skills</li>
<li>A calm, patient demeanor with dogs (and people)</li>
<li>Reliable, professional, and detail-obsessed</li>
<li>Someone who takes pride in every single groom, not just the easy ones</li>
