Role Description
We are seeking energetic, responsible, and observant Dog Coaches to join our team in a permanent, full-time role.
This is a highly active, hands-on role where you will be responsible for the care, comfort and training of up to 8 dogs every day.
If you want to build a career in pet care, this is a great opportunity to learn canine behaviour, body language, dog group management, and safe handling protocols.
You will be a good fit if you have
- A strong desire to understand the “why” behind dog behaviour
- Commitment to positive handling (no dominance or alphas please!)
- An eye for detail to track dog body language
- The ability to react calmly when under pressure
- Comfort in working with dogs of all sizes and breeds
- A good command of English or Hindi
- High standards for sanitation and cleanliness
- Experience working or volunteering in a shelter, rescue, or with a vet is a plus
Your daily responsibilities will include
- Supervision and management of dog groups (play and activities)
- Actively monitoring canine body language to prevent fights, and manage group dynamics
- Documenting daily activities including play, food and training
- Maintaining a stress free and safe environment for all our canine guests
- Upholding our strict health, food & safety standards
- Participating in team training and daily meetings
- Communicating effectively with team members regarding details of dog behaviour
Work Timings
- 9.30 AM to 7.30 PM (with lunch break)
- 6 Days per week, with rotating days off. Includes working on public holidays and festivals.
