Role Description
We are seeking a skilled PET Blowing/Filling Machine Service Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is field-intensive and requires extensive travel across India to visit bottling plants and provide on-site technical support.
The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PET blowing and filling machines, ensuring optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of PET blowing and filling machines
- Troubleshooting and maintenance at customer sites
- Visit bottling plants across India for service and technical support
- Conduct product demonstrations at customer locations
- Provide operator training and on-site technical assistance
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical requirements
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Travel extensively as per service requirements.
