Software Engineer

Job Description: As a Software Developer (RoR + React), you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our web and mobile applications. Responsibilities Take ownership of features and experiments, from idea conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Maintain and extend all parts of the stack as needed, including one-time scripts, API endpoints, and micro-services. Proactively address issues, create new features, and build tools to support the product roadmap and enhance stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and implement features that meet user needs. Work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web and mobile development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with at least 2 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails. Strong proficiency in Ruby and Rails, with a solid understanding of web application development principles and best practices. Experience with React Native for mobile application development. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node.js. Experience in database design, data modeling, and SQL databases. Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
