<li>Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities</li>
<li>Provide accurate, timely quotes and follow up to close business</li>
<li>Develop strong relationships with residential and commercial customers</li>
<li>Represent Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm</li>
<li>Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience</li>
<li>Prospect and cold-call potential customers</li>

<li>Minimum at least 2 years of sales experience (direct, door-to-door, phone, or service-based preferred)</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding goals</li>
<li>Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment</li>
<li>Comfortable prospecting and cold-calling new customers and prospective customers to secure new business and upsell opportunities</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Willingness to learn about pest control and our services</li>
