Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Pest Control Technician, based in Ernakulam, Kerala with the flexibility for some tasks. The Pest Control Technician will perform on-site inspections, apply pest management treatments, implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, and provide expert solutions to resolve pest issues. The role involves advisement on pest prevention measures, communication with clients to understand their specific concerns, and maintaining accurate documentation for services rendered.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Pest Control, Integrated Pest Management, and PEST practices
- Basic knowledge or experience in pest services
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities for accurate pest evaluation and tailored solutions
- Physical ability to perform inspection and treatment tasks in various environments
- Any certification in pest control or related areas is an advantage
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid model with time management and self-motivation
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in pest management is a plus
