Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru North for a Pest Control Route Technician. The successful candidate will provide professional pest management services, including conducting inspections, identifying pest risks, implementing appropriate treatments, and maintaining a pest-free environment at residential, commercial, and industrial locations. Facilitating customer communication, documenting services performed, and ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards are integral aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management techniques
- Knowledge of PEST methods and their application in various settings
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in Lawn Care and grounds maintenance is an asset
- Attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on tasks in various environmental conditions
- A valid driver's license and driving experience are preferred
- Prior experience in pest control or a related industry is a plus
