Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personnel and Industrial Relations Manager, located in Kamthi. The manager will oversee and manage HR functions, including employee relations, policies, and compliance. Responsibilities include resolving workplace conflicts, implementing industrial relations strategies, developing staff engagement programs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws. The role also requires providing guidance on HR operations, monitoring performance, and fostering a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, and Employee Engagement
- Experience in implementing HR policies, conflict resolution, and organizational development
- Understanding of Labor Laws, Compliance Frameworks, and Workplace Regulations
- Excellent Communication, Decision-Making, and Negotiation Skills
- Proficiency in managing Team Collaboration and coordinating with various departments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in managing HR functions in a similar industry is highly advantageous
