We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personality Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs aimed at enhancing the personal and professional growth of our clients. This role involves working closely with individuals and groups to develop their communication skills, confidence, leadership abilities, and overall personality.

ELIGIBILITY:
· Bachelor's degree/master’s degree.
· Proven experience as a personality development trainer or in a similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to engage and motivate participants.
SKILLS:
· In-depth knowledge of personality development theories and techniques.
· Effective presentation and public speaking skills.
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
· Empathy and the ability to understand and address individual participant needs.
· Creativity in developing engaging and impactful training materials.
· Proficiency in using training software and tools.
