We’re Hiring: Personality Development Coach (Project Basis)
📍 Bangalore | Kids (Ages 6–17) | Workshop-Based Engagement
Watermark Productions is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Personality Development Coach to conduct a structured 10 days transformation program for children aged 6 to 17 years.
This is a project-based program for professionals who are enthusiastic about working with young minds and can deliver high-impact, engaging training sessions.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for conducting interactive, activity-driven sessions focused on building confidence, communication, personality, and stage presence in children across different age groups.

Who We’re Looking For- Experience in personality development / communication training / acting / grooming
- Prior experience working with children or young adults (preferred)
- Strong stage presence, energy, and engagement skills
- Ability to conduct interactive, fun, and structured sessions
- Background in theatre, modeling, training, psychology, or education is a plus
