Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver tailored fitness programs to clients, conduct one-on-one training sessions, and give expert guidance to ensure clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Key responsibilities include demonstrating proper exercise techniques, assisting with circuit training, and educating clients on nutrition and overall wellness. Additionally, the trainer will maintain the safety and cleanliness of workout areas.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction to guide clients in achieving their fitness goals
- Experience with Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to assist in creating dynamic and effective workout routines
- Knowledge in Nutrition to provide foundational dietary advice and support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and engage clients effectively
- Ability to assess individual fitness levels and tailor programs to diverse needs
- Certification in personal training, fitness, or related fields is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or within a fitness-focused environment is advantageous
