Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Security Officer located in the Pune Division. The Personal Security Officer will be tasked with safeguarding individuals by monitoring surroundings, preventing security breaches, and assessing vulnerabilities. Responsibilities include maintaining a constant presence, responding promptly to security concerns, and coordinating with relevant personnel to ensure a safe environment within and around the premises. The role requires adaptability, vigilance, and professionalism in handling security operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in physical security protocols, surveillance, and threat assessment
- Strong situational awareness and ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with team members and external security personnel
- Knowledge of first-aid procedures and emergency response techniques
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or a related field is highly preferred
- Ability to work in shifts and remain on-call in case of emergencies
- Basic computer skills to handle incident reporting and manage records
- Relevant certifications, such as security training or safety programs, are an advantage
