Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary to the Managing Director, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The individual will provide administrative and personal assistance to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, organizing travel, maintaining records, drafting correspondence, and handling clerical tasks. Additionally, the role requires strong communication to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance with the ability to handle confidential tasks and maintain schedules.
- Strong Clerical Skills and experience in managing documentation, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Competency in Administrative Assistance to support day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably working with senior management, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
