Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Personal Secretary to the Executive Director to work on-site at our office in New Delhi. In this role, you will assist the Executive Director with day-to-day tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and facilitating communication. You will also provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office, manage confidential information, arrange travel plans, and coordinate with various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Personal Assistance and supporting executive leadership
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance, including organizing files, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Capability in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing confidential information and drafting professional correspondence
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with automotive industry operations is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
