Role Description
We are hiring a Personal Secretary to Director for a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for remote work. The position involves providing high-level administrative and clerical support to the Director, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential correspondence. The role also requires effective communication skills and maintaining the smooth execution of daily administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in using office technologies and organizational software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
