Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Personal Secretary role located in Indore. The Personal Secretary will perform a broad range of administrative and clerical tasks, such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports. The role involves acting as the principal point of contact for the executive team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The selected candidate will frequently communicate with internal and external stakeholders while providing high-quality executive assistance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to efficiently support high-level executives
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance for handling schedules, records, and office organization
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and other stakeholders effectively
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Detail-oriented and proactive with problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in administration, business, or a related field
