We are looking for someone who understands how media works, how narratives are created, how journalists think, how influencers operate, and how a founder can build long-term public credibility.
Key Responsibilities1. Founder Personal PR & Positioning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive personal PR strategy for the Founder.
- Build a strong and consistent public narrative around the Founder’s entrepreneurial journey, businesses, vision, achievements, and future plans.
- Identify stories, milestones, achievements, opinions, and business developments that can generate meaningful media attention.
- Position the Founder as a credible entrepreneur, industry voice, and thought leader.
- Maintain consistency in the Founder’s public image and communication across different platforms.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, reporters, publications, news portals, business media, and relevant media houses.
- Develop a structured media database covering national, business, startup, technology, mobility, EV, entrepreneurship, and regional media.
- Pitch relevant stories and opportunities to journalists.
- Coordinate interviews, articles, features, podcasts, panel discussions, and media appearances.
- Prepare media pitches, press notes, founder profiles, talking points, and interview briefs.
- Track media opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop long-term relationships with journalists rather than relying only on paid publications.
3. Narrative Building & Reputation Management
- Understand the Founder’s business journey and develop compelling narratives around his work.
- Identify opportunities to convert business milestones into strong media stories.
- Create different narratives for different audiences and media categories.
- Monitor how the Founder and his businesses are being represented publicly.
- Identify potential reputation risks and recommend appropriate communication strategies.
- Handle sensitive communication situations professionally and strategically.
4. LinkedIn & Personal Brand Growth
- Develop and execute the Founder’s LinkedIn personal branding strategy.
- Create content themes, thought-leadership topics, founder stories, business insights, opinions, achievements, and industry perspectives.
- Build relationships with relevant LinkedIn creators, founders, investors, journalists, industry professionals, and influencers.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, interviews, podcasts, events, and cross-promotion.
- Understand LinkedIn algorithms, content distribution, engagement, and founder-led branding.
- Help build an authentic and credible online presence rather than simply increasing followers.
5. Influencer & Creator Relations
- Identify relevant creators, influencers, entrepreneurs, business personalities, and industry voices.
- Develop strategic relationships and collaborations.
- Create opportunities for podcasts, interviews, events, collaborations, and industry conversations.
- Understand which influencers are genuinely relevant to the Founder’s positioning and audience.
- Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders.
6. PR Campaigns & Strategic Communication
- Plan and execute PR campaigns around major business launches, partnerships, milestones, expansions, funding, products, achievements, and announcements.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, content, and leadership teams.
- Develop PR calendars and campaign plans.
- Measure media coverage, sentiment, reach, quality of publications, and overall PR impact.
- Continuously identify new PR opportunities.
