Role Description
We are launching a 12-week pilot in Bengaluru and are inviting a small, handpicked group of trained chefs to join our growing tribe.
The role is structured but flexible:

You'll be a part of a movement that's changing what people eat every day - towards healthier, cleaner and smarter choices.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute planned menus with consistency in taste, portion, and presentation, meal after meal.
- Handle mise en place, cooking, and basic storage so that every shift is audit-ready on hygiene and safety.
- Work confidently in varied kitchen setups with minimal supervision.
- Interact with clients and team mates with professionalism and empathy.
- Follow schedules, maintain discipline and collaborate closely with our team - following checklists, SOPs, and agreed schedules
Qualifications
- Formal training in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (Degree or Diploma).
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in professional kitchens such as hotels, restaurants, or cloud kitchens.
- Strong command over clean, health-focused cooking; multi-cuisine skills are a plus.
- Solid understanding of hygiene standards, food safety, and ingredient handling.
- Punctual, reliable, disciplined, and eager to grow within a structured professional environment.
- Bonus: Exposure to healthier, lighter, or low-oil cooking styles.
