About the Role
This is a high-impact strategic finance role supporting the Founder across personal finance management, multi-entity compliance, treasury, reporting, and business expansion initiatives.
The ideal candidate will act as the Founder’s trusted financial partner, managing both personal and business financial ecosystems while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision support.
This role requires exceptional integrity, ownership, commercial acumen, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Founder’s Personal Finance & Tax Management
- Manage personal income tax planning, advance tax, and ITR filings.
- Coordinate with external CAs and tax advisors for tax optimization and wealth planning.
- Maintain dashboards covering investments, bank accounts, insurance, loans, and assets.
- Monitor personal income streams including salary, dividends, rentals, and capital gains.
- Manage banking relationships, KYC updates, and personal financial documentation.
- Oversee insurance renewals, claims, and annual financial health reviews.
2. Compliance & Statutory Management
- Maintain a centralized compliance calendar across all entities.
- Ensure timely ROC, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory filings with zero penalties.
- Coordinate annual audits, financial statements, and board compliance activities.
- Manage director-level compliance including DIN KYC and related-party disclosures.
- Ensure proper documentation for inter-company transactions and investments.
- Support FEMA and cross-border compliance requirements where applicable.
3. Banking, Treasury & Cash Flow
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury operations.
- Monitor cash flow across entities and optimize fund allocation.
- Handle banking documentation, renewals, collateral management, and compliance.
- Prepare weekly cash flow and monthly fund position reports.
- Negotiate banking terms and manage short-term investments and deposits.
4. Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare consolidated MIS reports covering revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and profitability.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems for real-time financial visibility.
- Prepare entity-wise P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business projections.
5. Strategic Finance & Growth Support
- Evaluate new business opportunities through feasibility studies and ROI analysis.
- Support fundraising, investor presentations, valuation models, and due diligence.
- Coordinate with legal teams on contracts, shareholder agreements, and structuring.
- Assist in setting up new entities, subsidiaries, and business structures.
- Track regulatory updates and advise on financial and compliance implications.
6. Team Coordination & Process Improvement
- Coordinate with accountants, auditors, consultants, and compliance partners.
- Develop SOPs and streamline finance and compliance processes.
- Recommend automation tools and reporting improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external financial stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (Preferred).
- CA Inter with MBA (Finance), CMA, or M.Com with strong practical exposure may also be considered.
Experience
- 7–12 years of progressive finance experience.
- Minimum 3 years in Founder’s Office, Family Office, CXO Finance Support, or multi-entity financial management roles.
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Income Tax, GST, TDS/TCS, and Companies Act compliance.
- Experience in multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong treasury, banking, and fund flow management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
- Family office or promoter group exposure.
- Healthcare industry finance exposure.
- FEMA, fundraising, investor relations, or PE/VC exposure.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP Business One, Power BI, or Tableau.

- 100% on-time compliance across all entities.
- Monthly MIS submission by the 7th of every month.
- Timely banking renewals and documentation.
- Clean audit reports with no major observations.
- Identification of cost optimization and efficiency opportunities.
- High Founder satisfaction on responsiveness and financial support.
