Hiring: Personal Loan Sales Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a personal loan sales team.
- Drive monthly login and disbursement targets.
- Handle team productivity, performance, and daily MIS.
- Ensure strong knowledge of bank/NBFC personal loan policies.
- Monitor lead conversion and achieve business targets.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in personal loan sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling experience.
- Strong sales, leadership, and target-achievement skills.
- Experience in the BFSI industry is mandatory.
