Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Loan Sales Officer, located in Rohtak. The role involves actively sourcing leads and engaging with customers to offer personal loan solutions. You will be responsible for managing sales operations, supporting channel sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires you to meet sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and fulfill their requirements.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to manage and drive sales performance.
- Familiarity with Channel Sales processes and strategies.
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets consistently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in financial services or sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or relevant field is desirable.
