Job Description: Provides first-level technical support to Eleos staff across multiple locations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues related to Microsoft Windows desktop, servers, networks, VOIP, and related technologies. Responsibilities include help desk triage, remote and onsite troubleshooting, documentation, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field preferred
Experience: Minimum two years’ customer-oriented experience; experience with Microsoft Windows troubleshooting, basic networking, and desktop support preferred.
Mandatory Certifications: A+, Network+, or Security+ (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
Knowledge: Knowledge of Windows 11/10/8/7, exposure to Windows Server, Active Directory, and network fundamentals, understanding of help desk ticketing systems.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must maintain valid Florida driver’s license, transportation, and insurance.
• Flexibility for occasional after-hours support.
Working Conditions:
Primarily indoors with occasional travel to agency sites. May encounter variable temperatures or minor hazards from equipment repair.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to bend, kneel, climb, reach, stand, or sit for extended periods; ability to operate agency vehicles.
