About the Role
We are hiring an experienced and professional Private Estate Chef to manage daily kitchen operations at a luxury farmhouse. The role requires expertise in gourmet cooking, multi-cuisine preparation, fine-dining presentation, hygiene standards, and end-to-end kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Curate and execute personalized gourmet menus based on owner preferences
✅ Prepare meals across Continental, Mediterranean & Health-focused cuisines
✅ Ensure fine-dining presentation and premium service standards for family and guests
✅ Source and utilize premium, organic & farm-fresh ingredients
✅ Manage kitchen operations including inventory, procurement & vendor coordination
✅ Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen aesthetics
✅ Plan and execute private events, weekend gatherings, and special occasions
✅ Introduce seasonal menus, tasting experiences & innovative dishes
✅ Provide discreet and professional service with high attention to detail
Preferred Candidate Profile
⭐ Experience in luxury villas, private estates, farmhouses, or 5-star hotels
⭐ Knowledge of organic, farm-to-table & sustainable cooking practices
⭐ Skills in BBQ, baking, and global cuisines
⭐ Strong plating and fine-dining exposure preferred
Education & Certifications
🎓 Diploma / Degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management / Professional Cookery
📌 Formal training from reputed institutes (IHM or equivalent preferred)
📌 Food Safety & Hygiene certifications (FSSAI / International standards preferred)
📌 Specialized training in international cuisines, baking, or gourmet cooking is an advantage
