Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant, based in New Delhi. The Personal Assistant will be tasked with providing administrative and organizational support to ensure efficient operation of daily tasks and schedules. Responsibilities will include managing diaries, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, performing clerical duties, and assisting in day-to-day executive operations. This role requires high attention to detail and proactive communication to facilitate seamless executive interactions and maintain an organized workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Diary Management and organizing executive schedules
- Ability to perform a variety of Clerical Skills effectively and efficiently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential matters professionally
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar management tools, is a plus
