1. About Me and My Brand
My work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and personal growth. As a coach, counselor, and author, I share reflections and insights drawn from conversations, coaching work, reading, and everyday observations about people and behaviour.
Over time, these ideas have grown into an engaged digital community across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, where I write and share regularly.
I am now looking for a part-time intern who can support the operational side of managing this presence and help translate ideas into thoughtful, well-structured digital content.
2. Role Description
The Personal Branding & Social Media Intern will support the day-to-day management of my social media platforms.
This role focuses on designing posts, publishing content, and supporting audience engagement, ensuring that ideas and reflections are shared consistently and clearly.
The role is execution-focused and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ideas, content and creativity.
Time Commitment: Approximately 6 hours per week (weekend availability required)
Duration: 3 months (extendable)
3. Key Responsibilities
- Design simple and clean visual posts and carousels using Canva based on shared ideas or notes
- Format reflections and concepts into structured social media posts
- Publish and schedule posts across platforms
- Track and respond to comments to support audience engagement
- Maintain a simple content tracker for posts, ideas, and assets
- Help ensure consistency in visual style and posting rhythm
