🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for someone who truly understands how Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn work — not just posting content, but building strong personal brands, growing pages organically, understanding algorithms, and creating real impact.
This role is for managing the personal brand of Dr. Akram Ahmad across social media platforms.
You should know how to turn expertise into content, content into trust, and trust into growth.
This is not a basic social media posting job.
We need someone with:
✔ 100% ownership
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Hands-on execution mindset
✔ Understanding of content strategy + growth psychology
If you have worked on your own page, with a creator, freelancer project, or for a company brand that is a big advantage.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn pages end-to-end
• Build and execute personal branding strategy
• Create content ideas, hooks, captions, and posting plans
• Understand platform algorithms and growth strategies
• Improve reach, engagement, and lead generation
• Coordinate reels, thumbnails, creatives, and content flow
• Track analytics and optimize performance
• Maintain consistency, quality, and brand positioning
⭐ Preferred (Big Plus)
• Experience working with creators, founders, coaches, or personal brands
• Managed your own successful Instagram/LinkedIn page
• Strong understanding of organic growth and audience psychology
• Healthcare / Education / EdTech content exposure
