We’re hiring a Content Writer who understands how real people think, speak, and build authority on LinkedIn.
This role is not about generic content. It’s about extracting stories, opinions, experiences, and turning them into high-performing personal brand content.
You’ll work closely with founders, doctors, CXOs, consultants, and industry experts to create content that sounds like them, not like AI.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct 1:1 story mining calls with clients to understand their journey, experiences, opinions, and communication style
• Research industry trends, reports, conversations, and relevant topics for content ideation
• Create LinkedIn posts that are conversational, insightful, and human
• Convert raw thoughts, voice notes, podcasts, interviews, and ideas into engaging content
• Build content around personal experiences, case studies, opinions, frameworks, and industry observations
• Maintain each client’s unique tone of voice and positioning
• Write hooks that stop the scroll and content that sparks conversation
• Collaborate with the design and strategy team for carousels and visual content
• Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, creator formats, and content patterns
What We’re Looking For
• Strong writing skills with a natural, conversational tone
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into easy-to-understand content
• Good research skills and curiosity to dig deeper into topics
• Ability to ask the right questions during story mining sessions
• Understanding of personal branding and LinkedIn content strategy
• Ability to think from the audience’s perspective
• Someone who notices details, patterns, and unique perspectives
• Prior experience in LinkedIn content writing or ghostwriting is a big plus
Bonus Points If You
• Understand founder psychology and storytelling
• Have written for healthcare professionals, founders, consultants, or executives
• Can identify viral hooks and content angles
• Know how to structure carousel content
• Understand audience retention and engagement psychology
