Ghostwriter & Personal Brand Strategist - Stealth AI Startup
We are an early-stage AI startup building in the agentic AI space. Before we launch our products, we are building our brand - and we need one person to own that entirely.
What you will be doing:
- Ghostwriting and managing the founder's personal brand on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn - this is the core of the role
- Building the founder's voice from zero - raw, opinionated, builder-first content that cuts through the noise.
- Researching AI discourse daily - not summarizing news, but identifying angles, takes, and trends worth owning.
- Scripting, scheduling, posting, and engaging - everything end to end.
- Expanding to a brand content account on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok as the startup grows.
What we are looking for:
- You have personally grown at least one X (Twitter) and/or LinkedIn account significantly - show us the account, the starting number, and where it is now. This could be your own personal account too.
OR
- You have ghostwritten or managed X (Twitter) and/or LinkedIn account for founders or brands and grown them - show us the numbers.
- You understand AI discourse on X specifically - not just as a user but as someone who follows it closely and knows what cuts through.
OR
- You are genuinely hungry to go deep into the world of AI fast.
- You are India-based with strong conversational English - not corporate, not stiff, sharp and native-feeling.
Must-have when applying:
- Share your own X profile.
- Share any X profiles you have ghostwritten or grown for others - follower count before and after.
- Share two writing samples - Twitter threads or LinkedIn posts written for someone else or your own account. Lifestyle, fashion, or motivational content will not be considered.
- If you have not grown any X account or have no writing samples in tech or AI, do not apply.
- Type: Full-time or consulting, remote, fixed monthly retainer
- Location: India preferred
