Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Banker at HDFC Bank, located in Nagpur. The Personal Banker will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their personal banking needs, managing deposit accounts, opening new accounts, and offering financial guidance. The role also involves identifying and resolving customer inquiries, promoting banking products, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Banking and managing Deposits
• Experience with Opening New Accounts and providing financial solutions
• Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships
• Basic understanding of Finance and banking procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
