We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Personal Secretary to support the President in managing day-to-day operations efficiently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage calendar, meetings & appointments
✔️ Arrange travel (Air/Train), transport & accommodation
✔️ Handle correspondence & official communication
✔️ Record meeting minutes & track follow-ups
✔️ Prepare & manage expense reports
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams and act as a liaison
🔹 Requirements
✅ Qualification: BA / B.Com / PUC / Any Degree (BE not preferred)
✅ Experience: 2–5 years in similar role
✅ Strong communication skills (English, Hindi & Tamil mandatory)
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✅ Excellent organizational & multitasking skills
📍 Location Preference
- Candidates from Hebbal & nearby areas who are willing to travel between Museum Road and Doddaballapur will be preferred.
