Position: Secretary for President
Qualification: Graduation / MBA
Experience: 3 to 7 Yrs
CTC: Rs. 6.00 Lacs to Rs. 8:00 Lacs
Locations: Ahmadabad
Skills Required:
- Experience in managing executive calendars, meetings, and travel coordination.
- Strong personal assistance skills with high confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and follow-ups effectively.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Roles and Responsibilities:
What You Will Do (Must Have)
- Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules efficiently.
- Handle confidential documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence professionally.
- Act as the key coordination point between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
- Arrange travel, hotel bookings, transport, and itineraries for business requirements.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record MOMs, and track action points.
- Provide regular updates on schedules, priorities, deadlines, and pending matters.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Handle personal appointments and priority tasks with complete confidentiality.
- Draft and manage emails, letters, presentations, and official communication.
- Maintain records, trackers, files, and important documents systematically.
Additional Exposure (Good to Have)
- Support leadership meetings, business visits, and corporate events.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors, travel agencies, and support teams.
- Support hospitality and guest house arrangements for visiting leaders and guests.
- Contribute ideas to improve administrative efficiency and coordination processes.
