About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable individual who will work closely with Management to ensure smooth coordination across teams and structured day-to-day execution.
This role goes beyond traditional office administration. It involves managing priorities, tracking deliverables across departments, and ensuring that both business and operational workflows run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules across business, personal, and internal team priorities
- Coordinate between Sales, Production, Accounts, and Logistics to ensure clear task flow and follow-ups
- Track action points and ensure timely completion of tasks across departments
- Assist Management in planning meetings, reviewing deliverables, and driving accountability
- Handle structured communication via WhatsApp, email, and internal tools
- Support basic HR coordination, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Oversee office operations including vendor coordination (IT, building, utilities, etc.)
- Maintain organized documentation and internal tracking systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, but also able to think independently
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities without constant supervision
- Ability to follow through and ensure closure, not just task execution
- Good communication skills and confidence in interacting across teams
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in coordination / EA / operations roles
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp, email coordination, and task tracking systems
