We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Department: Executive Administration
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: 3–5 years in a similar executive support role

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Managing Director
• Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
• Draft, review, and manage professional emails, correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate and schedule meetings; prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and strategic information
• Assist in organizing business documents, contracts, and statutory records
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of priorities
• Support the Managing Director in day-to-day operational, strategic, and administrative tasks
• Handle coordination with vendors, clients, consultants, and government/statutory offices as required
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant qualification preferred
• 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / PA to Senior Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
