Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director based in Malappuram. The role involves managing the Managing Director’s daily schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. The Personal Assistant will also handle confidential communications, provide executive administrative support, and assist with personal tasks as required. Additional responsibilities may include preparing reports, overseeing effective time management, and acting as a point of communication between the Managing Director and internal or external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance to manage schedules, tasks, and confidential matters effectively.
  • Strong Diary Management and Travel Arrangements skills to ensure seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to facilitate effective interaction with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
  • Proficiency in office softwares such as MS Office or equivalent tools.
  • Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all workplace matters.
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
