Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, based in New Delhi. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director in day-to-day administrative tasks. Duties include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and ensuring the effective management of important documents. The role also involves acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
- Experience with Diary Management and scheduling
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge and expertise in organizing and managing Travel Arrangements
- Attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
