Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at our Mumbai office. The Personal Assistant will manage the Managing Director’s schedule and appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, oversee correspondence, and assist with administrative tasks. The role also involves providing proactive personal assistance, efficient diary management, and ensuring seamless daily operations to support the Managing Director in achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (7-8 years) in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
- Strong skills in Diary Management and organizational scheduling
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and itinerary planning
- Attention to detail, discretion when handling sensitive information, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional email communications
- Previous experience in providing executive-level support is a plus
