About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to work closely with the Founder,
supporting day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires someone who is
proactive, quick to learn, and comfortable collaborating with leadership. The ideal candidate
should have an understanding of business functions, strong coordination skills, and the ability to
manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high
sense of ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
● Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely follow-ups
● Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
● Handle communication on behalf of the Founder when required
● Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely completion
● Support in day-to-day business activities and ad-hoc tasks
● Maintain confidentiality in all business and personal matters
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in BBA / B.Com / Management or related field
● Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
● Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
● Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
● Good communication and organizational skills
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● High level of professionalism and confidentiality
