Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Personal Assistant to Directors. The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, maintaining diaries, coordinating appointments, organizing communications, and executing various clerical tasks. The role involves ensuring the smooth handling of day-to-day activities, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring the efficient management of the Directors' time and commitments. It requires impeccable organizational skills, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to senior management
- Strong Diary Management and appointment scheduling skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external coordination
- Proficiency in Clerical Tasks, including documentation, filing, and basic office operations
- High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Proficiency in office productivity software including Word, Excel, and email tools
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
