Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Personal Assistant to Director for an on-site role based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will coordinate the Director’s schedule, manage correspondence, and provide administrative and clerical support. Responsibilities include handling diary management, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, managing official documentation, and assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of the Director’s office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, including calendar management and travel coordination.
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Diary Management skills to support effective scheduling and organizational needs.
- Competency in Clerical Skills, such as data entry, document management, and correspondence handling.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online scheduling tools.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
